AQUOSPRO Return Policy
We provide two-year warranty for the motor and three-year warranty for the pontoon boats purchased from our website, three-month warranty for the trolling motor accessories and boat accessories, which are purchased from our website(www.aquospro.com).
- Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
- All returns must be in original packaging, unused and in new sellable condition. All labels and tags must still be intact and the item cannot show any signs of wear or use. If the item is considered used, no credit will be issued and the item will sent back.
- You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return and should be included when item is sent back.
Within warranty, we will provide free repair parts for the quality issues. For any other issues relevant to our products, please contact us via email@example.com, and we will help you solve the problem as well, please note that you need to pay for the repair parts and shipping costs.
After receiving your purchase order, we will arrange shipment in the first place. If you contact us for return or exchange after our products have been shipped out but haven’t arrived yet, we will contact the courier for interception. If the interception is successful, then we will deduct the interception cost when we refunding after our warehouse receiving the goods.
If the express delivery shows that it has already been sent to you, we are willing to provide a return shipping label. You could use our return shipping label to return the goods, but we will deduct the return shipping cost when we refunding after our warehouse receiving the goods .You could also return the goods by yourself, we will give you a full refund after our warehouse receiving the goods, but we don’t bear the shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve problems for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
